Submitting an application creates a ProfitLine account and confirms that the information you provide is yours and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Applicant status and contractor activation
Being marked hired in the applicant experience is a platform lifecycle milestone. It does not create employment, promise wages or employee benefits, or by itself create a contractor relationship. A contractor relationship and access to rep tools begin only after you complete the contractor agreement, applicable tax form, and payout activation.
Independent work
If activated, your relationship with ProfitLine is governed by the contractor agreement you sign. ProfitLine trainings, workbooks, leads, standard operating procedures, and software guidance are recommendations and optional resources. Contractors remain responsible for their own lawful methods, schedule, tools, expenses, taxes, and compliance, subject to the signed agreement.
Privacy and international processing
The Privacy Notice applies when you submit the application and explains how ProfitLine collects, uses, transfers, protects, and retains information. Before activation, you will also review and sign the applicable contractor and tax documents.
